In Episode 5, Rohit Prakash talks to Prajwal from iDream's Operations and Impact team about a government school in Najjalur, Chidambaram district, Tamil Nadu. Set on a deserted road with open fields on either side, the school didn't even look like a school building from the outside.
Enrollment here had dropped from 200+ students to around 40, as poor classroom conditions and parents' migrant labour work pulled families away. After iDream's smart classroom intervention, with bilingual Tamil and English content aligned to the Tamil Nadu Board for Classes 1-6, the trend began to reverse.
