Training and support
Hands-on training for students and teachers, then single-window support.
Opting for Deeper, Lasting Impact
Before you select an Implementation Partner
01
Check what the content covers
Ask which classes, boards, languages, and kinds of content are covered, and which of them are preloaded on the device.
02
Find out who curates the content
Find out whether the partner curates and licenses its own content or supplies a third-party catalogue, and how many schools run a complete library set-up.
03
Look at support after installation
Check how long the partner has supported schools, and what device servicing and after-sales support look like once set-up is complete.
04
Ask how usage is recorded
Ask whether usage is recorded offline, who can see the reports, and whether one project can be viewed across many schools.
05
Learn how content stays current
Confirm how new titles and syllabus changes reach devices, and whether this works without internet.
The Full Stack
The Components that make our Digital Library programmes deliver effective, tangible outcomes

Hardware
Tablets and laptops, with a lockable charging rack
iPrep Digital Library can be delivered on tablets and on laptops, with the devices chosen to suit the programme. Tablets can come with a screen guard and a protective cover, and laptops with a pendrive of preloaded content. Every set-up comes with a movable, lockable rack that stores and charges multiple devices from a single source. The rack can stand in any room, whatever its size and shape, and its wheels let it move between classes.

LMS (Software)
Learning management system (LMS)
The iPrep LMS is an offline-first learning platform, with buttons and navigation in English, Hindi, or local languages. Where a programme needs it, the LMS can also be adaptive, setting each student's level from a diagnostic test. It can be customised with additional features and reports. Usage can be secured with built-in mobile device management.

Content
Lessons, books, practice, and practicals
The library has animated lessons, interactive lessons, syllabus books, a book library, practice with instant feedback, audiobooks, practicals, simulations, and notes. Content is bilingual, with English and Hindi switching and local languages where partner content is available. Third-party and government content, such as DIKSHA, can be added, and content can be customised to a programme's needs. Students can open content from any class, so they can cover gaps from earlier years.

Analytics
Usage reporting from school to project
Usage is saved on each device and syncs automatically to a cloud dashboard when the device connects. Reports are available by student or class, subject, and school, in graphical and downloadable form, and can feed a central management information system (MIS). Government officers, programme partners, and monitoring committees can follow usage from the dashboard.

Support
Training and technical support
iDream trains students and teachers at set-up on the platform, the hardware, the content, and the reports. Schools are then connected to a support team for single-window support and on-demand training assistance.
Designed in line with government education schemes and policies
Central schemes describe shared, device-based libraries and labs for schools, and iPrep Digital Library is designed to fit them.
NEP 2020
A shared library puts accessible reading and learning resources within reach of every class, in line with the policy's emphasis on equitable and inclusive access.
Samagra Shiksha
Tablet-based and laptop-based labs sit alongside desktop labs in the revised scheme, and charging racks form part of a complete set-up.
PM SHRI
The school transformation framework describes a digital library with adaptive learning on shared tablets.
